Primepoint HRMS & Payroll has been named a Top Workplace for 2024 by both NJ.com and The Philadelphia Inquirer for the third consecutive year.

The Westampton, New Jersey-based payroll processing and human resource management company was ranked 5th in New Jersey and 4th in Philadelphia for businesses with 50-149 employees. Primepoint said the recognition is particularly meaningful because it’s based entirely on employee feedback gathered through a survey administered by Energage LLC.

“Our team’s dedication and passion are the driving forces behind Primepoint’s success,” Al Bothwell, CEO of Primepoint, said in a statement issued on July 18.

“Being recognized as a Top Workplace three years in a row is a testament to our commitment to creating a positive and empowering work environment. We’re incredibly proud of this achievement and our amazing team,” Bothwell said.

The confidential survey measures various aspects of the employee experience, highlighting areas where the Primepoint team feels respected, supported, enabled to grow, and empowered to execute their roles effectively.

“Earning a Top Workplaces award is a badge of honor for companies, especially because it comes authentically from their employees,” said Eric Rubino, CEO of Energage. “That’s something to be proud of. In today’s market, leaders must ensure they’re allowing employees to have a voice and be heard. Top Workplaces do this, and it pays dividends.”

Other NJBIA member companies that ranked highly in the NJ.com 2024 Top Workplaces  include: Marotta Controls in Montville, the Hard Rock Hotel & Casino in Atlantic City, Metropolitan YMCAs of the Oranges, Valley Health System in Ridgewood, the YMCA of Greater Monmouth County, Inspira Health System in Mullica Hill, Manasquan Bank, Atlantic Physical Therapy Center in Sea Girt, Earle Companies in Wall, Mandelbaum Barrett PC in Roseland, STORIS, Inc in Mount Arlington, CGI in New Brunswick, and Accurate Box Company in Paterson.
