Gov. Phil Murphy recently announced a new survey to ascertain the impacts the COVID-19 pandemic has had on New Jersey businesses and nonprofits.
The 10-15 minute survey can be found here.
Murphy said the overall summary results will be made public, but individual responses will be kept confidential.
