On this past weekend’s Minding Your Business on News 12+, NJBIA Chief Government Affairs Officer Chris Emigholz talks with host Bob Considine about the positives and negatives of the $54.3 billion FY24 State Budget, signed by Gov. Phil Murphy on Friday.
Emigholz spoke about the likely sunset of the 2.5% Corporation Business Tax surtax, the positive pro-growth spending, as well as concerns about the sustainability of the overall budget.
