On this past weekend’s “Minding Your Business” on News 12+, NJBIA Chief Government Affairs Officer Christopher Emigholz discussed with host Bob Considine the latest updates on the sunset of the CBT surtax, an NJBIA-supported bill that would provide some CBT reform for certain larger employers and the specter of small business relief as part of the FY24 budget.
