On this past weekend’s edition of NJBIA’s “Minding Your Business,” Lori DeFalco, owner of Style, Salon & Barber in Freehold, discussed her resilient hair styling business, quality staff and the pride in carrying on the business her father started more than 50 years ago.
“My staff is fantastic and it really is an amazing place and I just feel that the success of my shop isn’t because I own it, it’s because I have a staff of amazing people who care about the business,” DeFalco told host Bob Considine.
“I don’t ever consider [that] it’s a success just because of me, it’s a success because we’re a team, and we work together and I do have a fantastic team, and we’re very much like a family.”
