Gov. Phil Murphy is proposing a permanent 2.5% Corporate Transit Fee on New Jersey’s largest employers, giving them the highest corporate tax rate in the nation at 11.5%.
NJBIA has launched a Do Better for Business campaign to bring visibility to this and other anti-business policies and to give New Jersey residents the chance to tell lawmakers to stop making our employers an extreme national outlier for business taxes.
