BPU has announced two stakeholder proceedings will be held Thursday, May 4, 2017 on provisional rate implementation and infrastructure upgrades. NJBIA is seeking member feedback on both proposals and asks you to email Sara with your comments/concerns.
Provisional Rate Implementation
Board staff has been directed to establish a Stakeholder Process to receive comments and proposals regarding potential regulations and filing requirements for implementation of provisional base rates during the pendency of a rate case matter. The straw proposal concerning provisional rate implementation will be the subject of a 10 a.m. stakeholder meeting on May 4 at the Board’s offices, located at 44 South Clinton Ave., Trenton, NJ, 08625. Infrastructure Upgrades
Board staff has been directed to establish a stakeholder process to receive comments and proposals regarding potential regulations and filing requirements for additional infrastructure projects that will not be included as part of a utility’s Capital Expenditures (“CapEx”). The straw proposal concerning Infrastructure Programs will be the subject of a 1 p.m. stakeholder meeting held May 4, at the Board’s offices, located at 44 South Clinton Ave., Trenton, NJ, 08625.
