Presented by the
Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Council

AI (Artificial intelligence) and ChatGPT technology is going to transform the future of work and DE&I. Will it replace jobs, or will it improve them? Will it help to identify unfair bias using data or can it be discriminatory and perpetuate bias?

Several states are passing legislation that regulates the use of AI for hiring. What do you, as an employer, need to do when you use AI as a hiring tool?

Join us on Thursday, October 19 for a virtual event with James Barrood, Founder and CEO, Innovation+, and Kanene Ayo Holder, AI Integrations Manager, DEIGPT, as they tackle your questions about the future of AI in hiring.

By joining our Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Council, you get to connect with professionals from many different business backgrounds who share an interest in staying informed and engaged on emerging issues that create opportunities for business success. All of our councils are open to members and future-members.
