With 5.4 million autistic adults in the United States today, and an estimated 1-million autistic teens graduating from high school in the next 10 years, this is a significant and untapped source of talented and dedicated employees. Spectrum Works, an experienced non-profit provider of autism services for individuals and companies, will spotlight the benefits of integrating autistic adults in the workforce. They’ll also demonstrate their BRIDGES workforce development platform and how it’s being used to support businesses that are looking to implement successful employment programs.
