Fred R. Brunetti Fred R. Brunetti Principal, Porzio, Bromberg & Newman, P.C. 

Alfred R. Brunetti is a seasoned commercial litigator with extensive experience representing corporate clients in complex
disputes, covering a diverse range of practice areas, in jurisdictions throughout the United States. Combining his extensive
litigation experience with his in-depth knowledge of privacy laws and best practices, Fred regularly advises clients on
privacy issues relating to the collection of personal information, data management, and more.
He is certified by the International Association of Privacy Professionals (IAPP) as both a Certified Information Privacy
Professional in the laws of the United States (CIPP/US), a designation evidencing information privacy expertise with
advanced concentration in domestic private sector laws, and a Certified Information Privacy Manager (CIPM), a designation
evidencing expertise in the creation and management of a privacy program across all stages of its life cycle.
Fred began his legal career as a law clerk for the Hon. Elaine L. Davis, P.J. Crim., in Hudson County, NJ, and then as an
assistant prosecutor in the Union County Prosecutor’s Office in Elizabeth, NJ. He is a graduate of Seton Hall University and
Seton Hall University School of Law, where he was an award-winning member of the Interscholastic Moot Court Board.

Gil Gerstl Gil Gerstl VP, Chief Data Office, ADP

Gil Gerstl is Vice President, Chief Data Office at ADP.

Gil joined ADP in February of 2020 as a Director of Product Management focused on ADP’s Next Generation People Analytics. He was promoted to Sr Director, Data Monetization in 2021, transitioned to the newly formed Chief Data Office in 2022, and promoted to Vice President, Chief Data Office in 2023.

Gil currently leads ADP’s Enterprise Data and AI Governance team, product management for ADP’s global data platform, OneData, as well as an analytics team supporting a variety of ADP businesses. In his role he is responsible for improving ADP’s data security posture while also democratizing data and helping teams innovate faster.

Gil has more than 20 years of experience, spanning across tech and government. His expertise is broad and deep, encompassing product management, operational excellence, and business development at large and small companies such as Amazon and Papaya Global, where as COO, he contributed to the company’s scaling and operational structuring.

Gil holds a B.Sc in Industrial Engineering and Management from Tel Aviv University and an MBA from Harvard Business School.

Erin Klebaur Erin Klebaur President, Imbue Creative

Erin has been helping businesses and organizations create powerful connections with their audiences for more than 15 years. Her diverse background in branding, marketing, creative, and agency operations combined with her consultative approach and passion for helping people succeed ensures our clients and internal teams are empowered to create solutions that inspire — and get results.

Gary Mann Gary Mann Founder and CEO, Jasfel Analytics

Gary Mann is an American Computer Scientist and entrepreneur with a specialty in data analysis, data engineering, predictive machine learning, and artificial intelligence. He founded JASFEL Analytics LLC, a data engineering and analytics company, in 2018 and currently serves as the company’s Chief Executive Officer.

Gary’s relationship with data began as an undergrad at Rutgers University, where he launched a startup focused on the automation of data collection and analysis. Upon graduation from Rutgers University with a Computer Science degree, he moved into the private sector specializing in business intelligence, data integration, information management, SaaS development, business development, entrepreneurship, and corporate leadership.

Gary’s career spans over 30 years of experience in corporate leadership transcending data management to include expertise in product development, global sales, marketing, executive management, and operations of technology solutions.

He has served as an international business executive for companies with interests in data intelligence, data governance, and data integration. Additionally, Gary served as an advisor to the Big Four consulting and technology firms, providing guidance in architecting, selling, and implementing solutions to multiple vertical markets. His strength in collaboration, problem solving, and strong work ethics have always placed him in mission critical roles.

As an insatiable learner, Gary continuously sharpens his skills and knowledge base to deliver best-in-class solutions to various industries and businesses using a powerful combination of innovative expertise, and analytical skills. The transformation of his skills led to the creation of JASFEL Analytics LLC.

Gary is a board member of the African American Chamber of Commerce of New Jersey (AACCNJ) and the New Jersey Health Care Quality Institute He is also a member of the steering committee of the New York State Black Business Alliance, the NJEDA Diversity Finance Advisory Board, and the Fiserv + RU-N advisory Board.

Kevin Northover, Ph.D. Kevin Northover, Ph.D. Manager, Data Science Delta Dental of NJ

Kevin directs the development of new applications and solutions using machine and deep learning for Delta Dental of New Jersey. Our applications include speech analytics for the customer service call center, modeling claims utilization and member and dentist interactions, detection of unusual claims, and dental image analysis. In previous positions he has developed algorithms and solutions for a variety of industries and applications including healthcare, financial services, law enforcement, and entertainment.

Kevin holds a B.A. degree in Natural Sciences and a Ph.D. in Astronomy from the University of Cambridge.

Angela Pinsky Angela Pinsky Senior Government Affairs Manager, Google

Angela Pinsky is a Senior Government Affairs Manager at Google where she manages public and government relations in the New York, New Jersey and Connecticut area. In this role, Angela manages partnerships with government, community affairs and legislative issues from the tri-state region.

Previously, Angela served as Executive Director for the Association for a Better New York (ABNY), Senior Vice President for Management Services and Government Affairs at the Real Estate Board of New York (REBNY), and as Deputy Chief of Staff at the Office of the Deputy Mayor for Economic Development and Rebuilding during the Bloomberg administration.

Angela currently serves as a board member for the Meatpacking BID, Building Skills New York, Regional Plan Association and Building Energy Exchange.

Angela received her Masters in Urban Planning from New York University and her Bachelors of Arts from Johns Hopkins University.

Karen Stringer Karen Stringer Vice President, Deputy Chief Compliance Officer of Syneos Health

Karen Stringer is a strategic leader with a proven record of identifying, addressing, and mitigating emerging risks in highly regulated industries and resolving complex, high-exposure legal issues, including bet-the-company litigation and government investigations.

Karen is currently the Vice President, Assistant General Counsel, Deputy Chief Compliance Officer of Syneos Health, a global biopharmaceutical services company that provides clinical research and commercialization solutions.  In this role, Karen regularly advises senior leaders on the legal/regulatory landscape impacting the healthcare sector.  Karen also oversees the Company’s global internal investigations, conducts global risk assessments, develops corporate polices, and sits on the Company’s ESG and Ethics Advisory Committees.

Prior to working at Syneos Health, Karen was an Assistant United States Attorney in the District of New Jersey where she handled complex civil and criminal prosecutions, including white collar crime, healthcare fraud, and political corruption.  Prior to that, Karen was a counsel in the Litigation Department of WilmerHale in Boston, where she handled complex litigation as well as internal and government investigations.

Karen serves as a Board Member of the New Jersey Association of Corporate Counsel and New Jersey Women Lawyers Association.  She also serves on the Membership Committee of the Executive Women of New Jersey and as a volunteer for the Chatham Education Foundation.

Karen is a graduate of Brown University and the University of Virginia School of Law.

Israel Tannenbaum Israel Tannenbaum CPA, Partner, Withum

Israel has more than 17 years of experience providing value-add compliance and tax consulting services to not-for-profit clients of all sizes, including Public Charities, Private Foundations, Membership Associations, Arts and Cultural Organizations, and all other subsectors of the Not-for-Profit industry. He is an expert in Unrelated Business Income Tax (UBIT) and foreign filing requirements for tax-exempt entities. He has experience in providing Employee Benefits Tax compliance and consulting services to a diverse group of clients including Fortune 100 companies and some of the largest pension trusts in the world and assisting clients with the implementation of the requirements of various new legislation and regulations at both the Federal and State levels.
