She holds a Masters Degree in Management & Organizational Leadership from Springfield College, received her Human Resources Cert from Rutgers University, and is a certified SHRM CP and PHR. She has presented for NJBIA, CCSNJ, NJACP, Tri-State SHRM and Garden State SHRM and has been featured in Forbes and Jersey Matters. She is well-versed in all aspects of management and leadership; her passion is staff development.

Christabel Valladares specializes in providing accounting, audit, and consulting services to not-for-profit organizations and commercial enterprises. Christabel approaches each engagement as a partnership where she gains her client’s trust and helps guide them through their audit with minimal stress and successful outcomes. She prides herself in providing value-added services to her clients through her comprehensive understanding of the nonprofit sector and her hands-on approach. Her specialization includes audit and accounting services for not-for-profit organizations, real estate developers and managers, the United States Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD/HMFA), and Approved Private Schools for Students with Disabilities. Other areas include employee benefit plan audits, and internal control consulting engagements. Christabel is one of the firm’s Quality Control and Peer Review team leaders.

Marco Carolla Marco Carolla Executive Director, TixForGood

Marco Carolla leads Tixforgood, a nonprofit dedicated to fostering positive change within communities by bridging the gap between businesses and nonprofit organizations. He also serves as the Director of Baseball Operations at Vineland Performance. Marco has dedicated his career to empowering teamwork and learning opportunities – formerly serving as the Head Baseball Coach at Rowan College of South Jersey Cumberland and as a History Teacher at Cumberland County Technical High School. He earned a Master of Science from Michigan State University and a Bachelor of Arts from Ramapo College. He currently resides in Buena, NJ with his wife Emily, baby Luca, and dog Duke.
