Brian J. Chabarek, Esq., is a partner at the firm Davison Eastman Muñoz Paone, P.A.

Brian is devoted to Labor and Employment Law as well as the representation of public entities. He also has extensive litigation experience in the areas of automobile negligence, premises liability and workers’ compensation.

Brian speaks regularly and has received numerous awards throughout his career, including being named as a “Rising Star” by New Jersey Super Lawyer Magazine each year 2006 – 2010 as well as making New Jersey Law Journal’s “40 under 40” list of attorneys in 2008.

He is a 1992 graduate of Rutgers College / Rutgers School of Business, B.A. and secured his Juris Doctorate in 1995, graduating cum laude, from the University of Miami School of Law.

Nicole S. Croddick, Esq., Of Counsel with Davison Eastman Muñoz Paone, P.A. focuses her practice on labor and employment matters. She consults companies on human resources and labor and employment legal issues and has conducted internal investigations on ethical, policy, and legal violations.

Nicole has drafted employee policies and handbooks, severance agreements, employment agreements, has updated hiring and employee discipline forms and procedures, and facilitated trainings on a variety of labor and employment law and compliance topics.

She has taken her experience and used it appropriate as subject matter expert in numerous ethical / legal training videos for LRN Corporation, a leader in ethics and compliance training to major organizations worldwide.

Nicole is a 1994 B.A. graduate of Boston College and received her Juris Doctorate in 1997 from Catholic University of America, Columbus School of Law.

Nicole has been admitted to the New Jersey and New York State Bar Associations.
