Diana has spent more than 25 years in the corporate and non-profit sectors, leading the development and execution of strategic corporate social responsibility programs, community and stakeholder engagement, and building impactful public/private partnerships. 

In her current role, she leads US Corporate Social Responsibility, accountable for the company’s social impact and employee engagement strategy aimed at building a purpose-driven culture and advancing equitable health solutions for all.  Under her leadership, she has made healthcare access and navigation for underserved communities a priority for Sanofi and launched the first-of-its-kind, multi-year partnership with the National Association of Community Health Workers (NACHW).  As a result, NACHW will unveil their first, national platform in early 2024 designed to bolster critical workforce capacity to better serve the communities who rely on them for care.  

Diana is on the Board of Jersey Cares, where she previously served as President, and on the State Board of Junior Achievement of New Jersey.  She was a Founding Advisory Board member of the FDU Center of Excellence for Leadership, Governance and Philanthropy where she was also on the faculty.  Diana was named as one of the Top 25 Leading Women in New Jersey by Leading Women Entrepreneurs for inspiring and influencing change in the biopharmaceutical industry.
