There are now five generations of employees in today’s workforce with Millennials being the largest group. One way to encourage Millennials and, in fact, all employees to feel valued is through Reverse Mentoring. This strategy flips the relationship between mentor and mentee where senior members of a team learn from the junior members. It is a proven method for enhancing relationships and communication channels between leaders and employees, while enabling employees to build their leadership skills.
