Businesses can get financial help training their workers and new hires through New Jersey’s Workforce Development partnership. The program offers grant funding for customized skills training for workers and businesses located in New Jersey to meet specific business needs aimed primarily at workers in the direct production of good and services.

Businesses can get help providing literacy training, apprenticeship programs for youth, and financial resources and incentives for establishing federal Registered Apprenticeship Programs.
