The Propelify Innovation Festival, which unites thousands of entrepreneurs and inventors to leverage technology and build solutions, will be a free, five-day virtual event this year and include NJBIA President & CEO Michele Siekerka for an Oct. 6 panel discussion on COVID-19’s impact on business.
“COVID: The Monkey Wrench and the Catalyst,” moderated by ChooseNJ President & CEO Jose Lozano, will also include as panelists Tim Sullivan, CEO of the New Jersey Economic Development Authority; Tom Bracken, president & CEO of the New Jersey Chamber of Commerce, and Phil Goldfeder, SVP-Public Affairs of Cross River Bank, a key banking service partner to fintechs.
The theme of this year’s Propelify Innovation Festival is “Building a Better Future for All.” The online event, Oct. 5–9, will feature five days of thought-provoking talks, exhibit hours and creative sessions designed for people who are inspired to change ideas into action. The new virtual format because of COVID-19 will allow thousands of people all over the globe to participate for free.
Aaron Price, the CEO of TechUnited New Jersey, founded the community innovation festival five years ago, offering insights into the minds of today’s leaders and innovators. Propelify has grown to include over 10,000 creators and entrepreneurs and supplies them with resources they wouldn’t normally have access to. Previously, Propelify was a one-day event that took place in Hoboken.
