New Jersey HMO Quality Report Card – To assess the quality of HMO plans available to New Jersey employers, review the HMO Quality Report Card by visiting their website or request a copy by calling 1-888-393-1062.

Informed Patient Institute – The Informed Patient Institute (IPI) is an independent nonprofit organization that provides credible online information about health care quality and patient safety for consumers. Hospital Safety Score – The Leapfrog Hospital Safety Grade website allows visitors to search hospital scores for free and provides information on how the public can protect themselves and loved ones during a hospital stay.
