Sandler Training of Morristown, an NJBIA member and leader in innovative leadership, sales and management training, is offering one 12-month scholarship valued at $15,000 for women interested in enhancing their sales skills or sales leadership roles.
The scholarship is open to a female business owner involved in sales, an entrepreneur who want to grow her company, or a new or seasoned female sales professional or leader of corporate sales teams. The deadline to apply for the scholarship is Dec. 22.
“Industry data regularly tells us that women are significantly underrepresented in professional sales and sales leadership roles,” said Cal Thomas of Sandler Training. “That same data also tells us that sales teams led by women tend to be more successful than those led by their male counterparts.”
The successful applicant must meet the following criteria:
- Be willing to challenge existing beliefs about sales and stretch her comfort zone.
- Be able and willing to meet (virtually or in-person) in Morristown on Wednesday mornings from 8:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. three to four times a month.
- Currently work in a sales-related position (B2B, B2C, direct, channel, account management) or sales management.
