John Reitmeyer at NJ Spotlight digs into NJBIA’s report, The Education Equation: Strategies for Retaining and Attracting New Jersey’s Future Workforce, examining how to turn New Jersey into a “millennial magnet” instead of a leader in millennial outmigration.
NJBIA released the report on Thursday, and introduced the Postsecondary Education Task Force that helped develop it.
Reitmeyer summarizes it this way: “The Garden State has the highest millennial outmigration in the country, but attention to education, tuition, and vocational training could go a long way to turning things around.”
