How to advocate for better well-being through
mindfulness and professional help.
Presented by the Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Council
The holiday season – while typically a joy-filled season that can provide a break from work, school, and other daily robust routines for most – can be very hard for others. Mental stress, the loss of a loved one, seasonal affective disorder (SAD), feelings of isolation, or other traumatic events can turn what is often a merry time into one of depression and loneliness.
Join us, along with Michael Tozzoli – CEO of West Bergen Mental Healthcare, to learn about the challenges to mental health that holidays can present, and how to advocate for better well-being through mindfulness and professional help.
Councils are free to members. If you are a future-member you will be invoiced $19 upon registration.
By joining our Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Council, you join a select group of members from many different business backgrounds who share an interest in staying informed and engaged on emerging issues that create opportunities for business success. All of our councils are open to members and future members.
