Virtual Meeting
April 14
9:00 am - 10:15 am
There are now five generations of employees in today’s workforce with Millennials being the largest group. One way to encourage Millennials and, in fact, all employees to feel valued is through Reverse Mentoring. This strategy flips the relationship between mentor and mentee where senior members of a team learn from the junior members. It is a proven method for enhancing relationships and communication channels between leaders and employees, while enabling employees to build their leadership skills.
Join us on April 14 at 9 a.m. for a presentation from Miriam Frolow, PhD, as she focuses on the “how” and “why” Reverse Mentoring is good business for retaining employees and preparing them for advancement opportunities.
Stay with us after the meeting for Networking!
