In recognition of National Disability Employment Awareness Month, the Morris-Sussex-Warren Workforce Development Board has scheduled a series of four free webinars in October to assist employers looking to make their workforces more inclusive.
All webinars in the Finding Hidden Talent series will be held on Thursdays from 9 a.m. to 10:30 a.m., starting on Oct. 7 with “Disability and the Labor Market: Recruitment and Hiring Best Practices.” Go here to register.

Oct. 14 – “Meeting Your Workforce Goals through Targeted Recruitment”
Oct. 21 – “Hidden Disabilities in the Workplace”
Oct. 28 – “COVID Long-Haulers: What Do We Know and What Should We Expect?”
The Morris-Sussex-Warren Workforce Development Board plans, guides and oversees the workforce development system in those three northwestern New Jersey counties to meet the needs of jobseekers and employers.
