Business groups have faulted Gov. Phil Murphy’s phased-in business reopening plan. Speaking to Rhonda Schaffler of NJTV, NJBIA President and CEO Michele Siekerka said, “If I can take that pledge and there’s consumer confidence and someone will come, I should be able to open. I shouldn’t be waiting for a date in the future to do that.”
