NJBIA VP of Government Affairs Christopher Emigholz
On this past weekend’s edition of NJBIA’s “Minding Your Business,” NJBIA Vice President of Government Affairs Christopher Emigholz discussed the latest bills aimed at helping small business, as well as the positives from the recently enacted New Jersey Economic Recovery Act of 2020.
Emigholz told host Bob Considine that the bills which are good for business are as needed as they are intentioned.
“We see we have one of the highest unemployment rates in the nation,” Emigholz said. “We have about a third of small businesses that were open in January of 2020, a year ago, that are closed today. We need anything we can do to support our small businesses.”
