A new film made by the production company of NJ101.5 morning host Bill Spadea will premiere this weekend.

“Her Finance’s Double Life” will debut on Lifetime TV at 8 p.m. on Saturday and begin streaming the next day.

The movie tells the story of assistant DA Darcy Young (Olivia Buckle) who becomes convinced that her sister’s new fiancé Thomas Schure (Jonathan Stoddard) is a danger to her entire family.

In an episode of NJBIA’s Minding Your Business last year, Spadea told host Bob Considine that his Exit 19 Production company formed between Spadea, comedian Jay Black and broker Peter Nicoletti was an effort to build movie projects internally and deliver brand-specific content at modest costs.

The company’s first movie “Psycho Storm Chaser,” where Spadea also served as executive producer, debuted on Lifetime in 2021. Spadea currently has two films in production, both aiming for a fall release.
