We are upgrading our Member Portal to improve the overall user experience of our online platform.  As we go through this transition, we need to limit the amount of data being put into our existing platform from March 17 through March 22.

You are able to connect directly to our legacy member portal to join NJBIA and pay invoices.  You can also access our HR Support Center below.  During this transition, you will be required to sign into both portals independently.  When our new Member Center goes live on March 22, all users will need to reset their passwords.

  • To make changes to your account, we encourage you to use our Account Update Page and we will update your account.
  • If you experience login issues, contact memberservices@njbia.org, use our Contact Us Page, or call 609-393-7707 for assistance.
  • Event registrations will not be impacted.  You can continue to register for events.
