On this past weekend’s ‘Minding Your Business,’ NJBIA Director of Government Affairs Alexis Bailey discussed the challenges businesses in the childcare industry have faced during the pandemic – and provides recommendations on how to improve them post-pandemic.
“(The childcare industry has) really been hit hard by the pandemic and their sector of the industry have had mandates far longer than a lot of other sectors of business.” Bailey told host Bob Considine. “And that’s had an acute impact on their workforces.”
