The Woodbridge Metro Chamber of Commerce’s Women’s Leadership Connection will present its inaugural “Women of Inspiration Award” to Delores Capararo Gioffre, the chairwoman of Woodbridge Township’s Cultural Arts Commission and the Historic Preservation Commission, on May 18.
The chamber is the newest member of ChamberLink, a partnership formed between NJBIA and 31 local business organizations for the mutual benefit of their members. ChamberLink organizations coordinate events and activities, join together in advocacy, and offer member pricing to their events to other ChamberLink partners.
The Woodbridge Metro Chamber’s Living Your Legacy celebration honoring Dr. Gioffre will be held at 5:30 p.m., May 18 at the Sapphire Grand in Woodbridge. The event will include networking, open bar, buffet dinner and a special workshop with Julienne B. Ryan, a storyteller, speaker, trainer, coach and consultant who describes herself as a “communications catalyst.” Ryan is also the author of “Learned-it-in-Queens Communications Playbook.”
