Nominations are now open for the Association for Corporate Growth (ACG) New Jersey’s 2024 awards, which honor successful, innovative companies that embrace novel approaches to doing business and stand out for their game-changing attitude and commitment to excellence.
Up to four winners will be honored at the ACG-NJ Corporate Growth Conference and Awards on June 11, an event that brings together C-Suite executives, business owners, private equity, bankers, CPAs, angel investors, attorneys, consultants, and others focused on corporate growth in New Jersey and beyond.
“We are thrilled to continue hosting this long-standing, signature event honoring our state’s most innovative companies with sales between $5 million and $500 million,” said ACG-NJ Chapter President MJ Jolda, who is also principal and chief marketing officer at CMO + Company.
Over the years, organizations across all industries have participated in this conference, from manufacturing, technology, life sciences, health care, hospitality, logistics, retail, and transportation. Honorees, selected by an ACG-NJ Advisory Board subcommittee, share their insights and ideas regarding their unique journeys. As conference panelists, they provide all attendees with valuable insights gained from their experiences in the trenches.
Nominations can be made online here on the ACG-NJ website through March 2.
In addition to meeting annual revenue requirements, nominated companies must meet one of these three criteria to be eligible for an award:
- New Jersey-based (headquarters, significant operations and employees in New Jersey) OR
- Foreign owned with a U.S. headquarters and significant operations and employees in New Jersey OR
- Private equity owned New Jersey-based companies (headquarters, significant operations and employees in New Jersey)
Past honoree John Meccia, CEO of CMS Technology, a leader in technology solutions for food safety and brand protection, said receiving the award provided opportunities for his company to connect with capital providers to continue its rapid growth.
“Being a part of ACG has been a great experience for our company, and we greatly appreciate the opportunities that have come with that recognition,” Meccia said.
